The room was very well appointed with everything I needed including some snacks for purchase. Double bonus that they provide a kettle and French press for coffee, as well as real coffee mugs and wine glasses instead of paper cups. The room was clean and updated and towels were luxury. 「Location is excellent to beach, restaurants and stores, all easy walks. Great ocean view from 3rd floor with elevator access. Room was clean but with outdated furniture and old yellow bath and sink. Quiet location further down promenade from bigger hotels and traffic. We booked 4 days in advance but room prices were lower for the same room the next couple of days. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seaside and will come again. Hope High Tides finishes their remodel soon.」

「Easy to find and good location if you don't mind a bit of road noise. Only real irritation for us was that there appeared to only be 3 or 4 rooms rented but we were put into a room right next to small children who cried half the night and the mom was quite loud with scolding them. Would have been nice to put a room between us since so few were rented. Also was very pet friendly but no outside garbage to dispose of pet waste. 「The staff were amazing from questions at booking to check in an checking out. Even though we were close to the highway it was very quiet, the people in the morning woke us up above us but that's normal. They wanted to get up and get going also. breakfast was okay normal for continental breakfast. Will stay here again bed was really comfortable」
