"Ben greeted us on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all we needed The upstairs room was noisy and disturbed us until they settled. No carpeting to soften the noise. There were no opening windows so needed to have the door open to get fresh air. The breakfast was basic but adequate. However, there was not enough space for all guests to be seated. Overall a good stay."

"The rooms are very clean and the staff was so nice. The outside of the property doesn't give you the best impression of the place but it's an amazingly good value for the VERY reasonable rates. Great view of the cool bridge and lots of wildlife in the river."

"Conveniently located near promenade. Parking is nearby and well-lit. Checking in is bid late at 4 pm. Breakfast is usual continental. We picked this because of the pool which can use some cleaning. Someone also dumped shampoo in the hot tub which was so rude."

"I’ve stayed here several times. The motel is very outdated and some items appeared to be broken such as the hairdryer. I would also have liked to have a “do not disturb” sign for the door, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. I love that it’s affordable and faces the ocean within steps to the beach. I love Rockaway and will always come back. When looking up the motel, I did see they’re doing renovations. I can’t wait to come back after the renovations have been completed for an even more comfortable experience! The staff is always accommodating. I went to the lobby looking for some tea and they had tea and coffee for guests. There is also a pool, but I have never used it so I can’t comment on that. Keep up the great work! :)"
