"Bedroom is right next to the walk way and it is very easy to hear people as they pass by. There isn't a fan in the room to drown out that noise either. If you need white noise to sleep well like we do, bring your own fan. (We called the front desk and they said they didn't have any). The bed is also very stiff as if it had a plastic cover like you do for kids who still pee the bed, not very comfy but not terrible. The balcony was great, nice that there were chairs... however the railing is thick wood and covers the view of the ocean when you sit down. Liked how close to the beach it was and overall was very happy."

"The hotel has definitely the million dollar view. The only reason for not giving a 5 star, is it’s seriously in need for updating. Simple things like: new screen doors ( mine was lay on the ground with holes in it), Plates on the electrical sockets were all cracked and broken and difficult to use, new carpet in hallways or vinyl floors woods be easier to pull suitcases. The grounds were ok but since the hotel is dog friendly, it needs some landscaping. Coffee pot in my room was dying. The restaurant needs to update the menu because it definitely does not offer anything for allergies..ie Gluten Free. The wall are paper thin and nosy neighbors ( especially upstairs) was particularly annoying. Staff was excellent"
