「Lived this hotel and the staff」

「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「Because of the busy season, the room wasn’t ready around 6:00. However, staff were really trying hard. But I wanted to have some rest so it was disappointing. 」

「I was very impressed with the customer service at the Lloyd Hotel. My partner and I were taking a few days of vacation to celebrate some milestones, and were looking for somewhere clean, comfy, and relatively affordable, somewhere near both the Columbia River and the ocean. This was it. Room was very clean, bed was soft, and the bathtub was more than adequate. The included breakfast was above average for a hotel, and the complimentary salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies were a surprising but...

「Breakfast was decent. Liked that it is right off the highway. There is a nice little park behind the hotel. There is a Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot that was good. They also allow use of the gym that is across the parking lot」
