「Had partial view,clean all around but had bad luck of another guest dented my vehicle with his door.However he did give me his e gmail and said he would pay for the damage.He was from Vancouver Canada so we shall see !」

「My only knock on the stay was that they were going thru construction on the decks outside and the contractors left a bunch of metal shavings all over our deck that got tracked inside. Not the hotels fault and they immediately sent up housecleaning to take care of the issue. Staff was awesome and bent over backwards to help.Compensation was not necessary but appreciated none the less. My only other suggestion is to open the pool at 8 am. 10 is just too late for energetic kids wanting to burn off...

「I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. 「We were given a second floor room. We paid for an ocean view room. We had a view of the sand dunes - and could barely see the oceans. We should have gotten a refund.」

「Full ocean view. Room was clean. Staff was excellent, I would stay there again. The toilet was slow in flushing due to old design. I would recommend upgrade of toilet. This is just the design of the older toilets. Thanks」
