The room was very clean, check in was easy. The property was well looked after. I cannot begin to tell the excitement of having the ocean view, it was bliss!!!!! I would highly recommend this resort!

Nothing is better than a clean, affordable, safe, and nice room when it's sunny at the Oregon Coast! Even though it was spring break for the kids in OR, I was able to book this spot last minute, for a solo fun trip. It's right next to the beach, and down the road from stores and restaurants. Even though it's an older property, it's been kept up, and I had a great night's sleep.

The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick on check in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. Beach access was super close. It was quiet overnight too! The only thing I'd recommend is to bring your own pillow, unless you like the memory foam ones. All the pillows were memory foam. We will be back next time we plan a trip to Rockaway!

Our stay was only 1 night, but if we could've we would have stayed 3 or 4! We were so pleasantly surprised the moment we went inside. The room was spacious, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and electric fireplace!! And a living room. So comfortable and clean. Also pet friendly. Easy beach access and it was quiet with very nice staff at the desk. We didn't use the pool, but we will next time! The entire place is very clean and lots of updating. All of this on the last weekend of spring break. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The ocean view rooms have the best views and are the shortest walk to the beach. Very clean but outdated as far as the interiors which isn’t a problem at all for me because cleanliness matters more than drape color. If carpet color triggers you then this might not be a spot for you. The patios are HUGE!! It was so quiet! I’d definitely return. The pool is open until 10PM. Our room had a kitchen which had all the necessities.

I would choose to stay here again solely because of the location of the hotel. It's right on the beach! The hotel is old and has outdated furniture and decor. However, I can over look that as I'm here to enjoy the beach not spend all day in the room. My first night here was very cold as the heater wouldn't work . The next day when I complained, maintenance came up and fixed the problem immediately. Like I said it's an old building in need of renovation but it's also a hidden gem and worth it for the price.

If you’re staying in the pet friendly units expect a heavy and overwhelming smell of animal pee drenched into the carpets. Our entire room smelled awful and never aired out with the patio door open all day. You could clearly see that the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. Dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean and had crumbs left from previous stays. Check in staff was friendly and got the job done for check in but we won’t be staying here again due to how unclean and gross the unit was that we stayed in. Disappointing to pay for a stay that was unclean. At check out the front desk took the key cards and said thank you, but that was it. No room for discussion on how our stay was.
