We have stayed twice both times were excellent. Easy access to the beach, clean , quit and the breakfast is great the salmon chowder in the evenings is awesome. The staff is friendly and always helpful. We have been going the Lincoln city for 30 years and this is our new favorite place to stay and will return next year.

We had a first floor room with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff was incredible. There's a hot breakfast every morning, and fresh baked cookies and salmon chowder at 5pm daily. Guest laundry services for those wet or sandy clothes and an outdoor pool and hot tub (heated). Family friendly and just an all around great stay!

The beach tree was fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better view and close to it. The morning breakfast was excellent. A very good variety, eggs, sausage potatoes, cereals, you yogurts, fruits?You name it, the south was very, very polite.Helpful made you feel welcome there

Every year, my family stays here for a few days. Our first few visits were wonderful, but the last few visits have been disappointing and it seems to be getting worse each time we visit. We hoped it was just a one off event, but it seems like the management no longer is putting proper care into the maintenance of the building and facilities.

We loved our stay at Lincoln Sands! The staff were unbelievable, so helpful and very welcoming! The beach was an easy walk and having an outdoor pool was ideal for the kids! We loved the evening cookies!!! The room was very smelly but clean. We very much enjoyed our time and would stay again!

Love the breakfast and free salmon chowder at dinner time. They have everything you need! They have suites for bigger families that we usually stay in. They are little outdated but they do have new updated rooms that are not suites. Heated pool and hot tub is amazing and they are pet friendly! Oh and icean views are the best!

Everything was exceptionall to me and my girlfriend and are new born baby excellent work staff, beautiful continental breakfast amenities like pool and jacuzzi were beyond expectations. Would recommend anyone looking for a great day or weekend getaway to stay here. Beautiful beach access also.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent right on the beach with a great view out of the room. The only problem was the room was not clean in many places especially one of the bathrooms when we checked into the room.
