「It was an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. Access to the beach was a simple 3 minute walk from the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Newport and you're looking for an amazing view of the ocean with quick beach access!」

「We got upgraded to a nicer room since ours wasn't ready when we arrived. The receptionist was really sweet as well. We stayed for one night and it was nice. There were a few issues that were out of the staff's control like people smoking pot and being loud in the rooms but otherwise it was great. If they tighten up on the pot smoking in and around the rooms the stay would be more comfortable but the staff can't control everyone. Overall the stay was great on the part of the hotel!」

「It's an acceptable room to stay in if you need some rest after driving Highway 101 all day. It's not fancy at all, but it works. My room was very spacious, but there wasn't a lot of furniture, and they have the TV situated way too far away from the bed (like 25 feet). You'll have plenty of space to do some square dancing if you want, but you'll have to squint to see the TV. Hardwood floors instead of carpet. A lot of roadside inns are going that way these days, but I don't particularly like...
