"Dirty rooms. The sheets and pillows had hair everywhere. We had to sleep on towels or was pretty dirty. The shower was also full of hair, I had to wash the tub before washing my kids."

"On our first day as we were entering the room the fire alarm went off. It went off again roughly at 10 pm at night when I was already sleeping. I am a fully disabled veteran with ptsd and having to wake up to this again was extremely upsetting. I called Expedia and was told I should hear something from the manager the next day as they were off on our first day there. Unfortunately for me I was never called or checked up on. Guess it wasn’t that important for the manager to check up on a guest"
