「I am very unhappy with my experience at this hotel. I had bought some gifts that were wrapped in green tissue paper that were in a paper sack. The next day when they are cleaning our room I received a call from manager accusing me of having a dog in my room without telling them. I told them they must have the wrong room I don’t own a dog. They said I have green dog pee pads in my room. I still didn’t know what she was talking about. She said if they find out I have a dog in the room I will have...

「Stayed at The Fireside and are so glad we did. Room was beautiful, the view was amazing and all was more than enough for a wonderful night. The fireplace in the room was lovely, and little extras like an additional pillow and blanket, as well as a fan, were so appreciated. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant and friendly! This hotel was a highlight of our trip and we will definitely be back!」
