The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Nothing broken or not working properly. The staff were very respectful, friendly and professional. They welcomed us and treated us like they were genuinely happy to see us. And the price was very reasonable. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but if we are in the Newport area again, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was pretty great - clean and comfortable. Amenities are outstanding!! 24 hour indoor pool?! Yes please! The daily breakfast is great, lots of variety and literally something for everyone. Every single person on staff that we came across was very nice, courteous, and interacted with us. We will definitely be staying again!

Upon arrival the outside of the hotel area was clean, I felt safe traveling alone. Staff was friendly at check in, room was clean. Breakfast had a big assortment of foods which was nice. I would definelty stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The room was also wheelchair accessible. My daughter was able to turn her wheelchair around in the room and bathroom. There is also a great lift at the swimming pool.
