It was a pet friendly home and large enough for everyone. It was a nice stay, there was a beautiful mushroom we were enjoying watching grow in the backyard during our stay. Until someone picked it!
We were in town to support our daughter running the Newport Marathon. The location worked out perfectly and the layout of the home was perfect for two couples and our dog. Communication with the host was easy and informative. We would highly recommend and look to stay again on our next visit.
The location is star. Having an opportunity to watch boats and ocean creatures frolicking all day was wonderful! Within quick walking distance of a very long wooden fishing pier, a brewery with great food, a tsunami survival zone, an 1800's primitive graveyard and the beach. A state park is around the corner with many nice protected walking trails. The house was warm and clean and the spa was so wonderful after a day of walking and walking.
We are 4 mothers with 12 year old daughters who are best friends. The 8 of us enjoyed this beautiful home, it’s location to the south jetty, yummy restaurants, and fun beach town shops! The rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! I would stay here again!

Beautiful home, awesome hosts
Our trip was last minute and I did not think we would find a place that was this nice! We were able to do one night instead of the 2 night minimum everywhere else! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The home was beautiful and we will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful home to stay at while vacationing in Newport!
This home is located near the Newport bridge. It was fun watching the boats go by and watching all of the wildlife in the water. It’s conveniently located near the Aquarium, the bayfront and Nye beach. Thank you for sharing your lil’ slice of heaven with us!

Beautiful view
Being so close to the water and bridge was relaxing and so convenient. The house had plenty of room for us (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The host checked in on us and quickly helped us with a wifi issue. We would definately would choose this house again.
We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed riding bikes and exploring. The sea lions played right out the front window. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, but would appreciate some plastic/parchment/foil wraps and storage containers with lids.
The property was very nice and seemed to have enough room for the 6 of us. (four adults and two children). We moored our boat at the marina and spent most of our time fishing. We all limited out on Coho.
Very nice house, with many thoughtful touches. The location was great, with beautiful views. It was just as represented in the listing. My only suggestion is to have screens on more than one window, and replace the warped ping-pong table. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation.
Beautiful place. Minor changes would make it even better.
I came here my husband and with another couple and we both brought our dogs. It was really nice to have our animals with us. This is a beautiful place. Awesome view. Comfortable beds, comfortable couches to watch TV. Nice big kitchen but it could use a few more pots and pans. There is no saran wrap or Ziploc‘s so you should bring your own. The hot tub water was dirty so we didn’t use that but it would’ve been nice to have it clean. The toilet paper is tissue thin, so luckily we brought our own. Other than these Small things. It is a wonderful place to stay.
The house is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet. Spent time with my new granddaughter and family. Only a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the rouge brewery. Would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
The view was excellent and the location was great. The house worked well for two people and two dogs, and overall it was clean on the surface. That said, it could use some attention with deeper cleaning, such as the carpets, walls, bath mats, fixtures, and blinds. It has definitely seen it's fair share of renters. I’ve stayed in better places and I’ve stayed in worse, both for less and for more money, so I’d give this 3 stars. Would I stay again? Most likely, unless another place offered comparable value and better upkeep.
