Nice room, spacious and a view of the ocean. Superb comfortable beds and linen. I'd recommend this motel. Also it was a good price and walkable to town.

Very clean room. Housekeeper emptied the trash daily. Very quiet . Great location. Comfortable bed. Yachats is a very nice little town to walk around and sightsee. Would stay there again. Waldport and Newport were nice towns close by to sightsee.

It was quaint and convenient. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Very rustic and no A/C so if you run really hot -not enough breeze or screens to keep you cool. All in all , it was pretty spendy for a motel.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The facility is older and needed some scuffs repainted, but all in all we would stay there again if we were in the area. The ocean view is nice but somewhat blocked with houses. Parking was very good and right in front of our room.
