"If I could rate the staff 10 stars, I would! Diana at the front desk went out of her way to make my daughter’s birthday weekend at the beach special and memorable. We were well taken care of, the included breakfast was delicious and the beach was a short walk away. Everything was clean, well stocked etc. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and truly went above and beyond by upgrading our romance package to include a jacuzzi suite, which made our visit extra special. Breakfast was great as well—on weekends they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and muffins, while weekdays included hard-boiled eggs along with the other breakfast options. The lobby also had a nice selection of snacks and beverages available for purchase. One of my favorite touches was the beautiful little pond with flowers and a waterfall—it made the atmosphere so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We did not stay at this hotel. After paying for the room. We found very steep steps to have to walk up. No ramps anywhere. My husband is disabled and is not able to walk steps or a long ways. I exchange rooms with the front desk. In the back with out steps. The room was very small along with a small bathroom. I had to go back to tell him that we can not stay here. I do not think they wanted to understand about a disability. He told me to have our truck parked in the front. That would make for a very long walk for my husband. He would end up falling. He could not even use his cart to get to a room or have room for it in the room. I did not think that the walkway in front with the steep steps was wide enough to use a motorised cart to get to the room with two beds.The desk person called the owner a couple of times. There just was no way to work out for us to stay. The second time the owner was called. I could hear him say no more refunds to anyone. I said nothing and maybe i should have said something. I waited for the refund receipt and left. I did tell them that if the pictures would have show the steps better. I would not have received. What I got from this situation is that they have no help or care for disabled people. Do not stay here if you have any disabilitys. Also the front desk area smelled like a cigar. Very displeased in many leavels. Had to return home on a very stormy night."
