Absolutely stunning property and accommodating staff! I LOVED this place. I typically look forward to trying new places when revisiting an area but I absolutely plan on returning to this inn. The photos on the listing are stunning but even still don’t capture the beauty and majestic ambiance of this place. The managers called ahead of time to find out what time they could expect us and gave awesome recommendations for the area. The continental breakfast was perfect with fresh berries and Greek...

Beautiful property and rooms. The staff were very friendly and they loved dogs! Dog bowls and beds available. Right on the bay, so we can't wait to return when it's warm.

While this is an older motel it is very clean. The owners were beyond accommodating and helpful. Nice centralization with view of otter rock across highway. I like the bedroom is separate and even a tv in there as well if you do need it. Very clean. Not the ritz but cost effective and nice

Beautiful location, friendly staff, gorgeous grounds

Excellent stay!

View of the ocean with direct access to the beach. Away from the trip of Newport.

Was better than anticipated!

I loved Sailor Jacks 20 years ago when I first drove through the area and love it even more now! The new owner has done some wonderful renovations while maintaining the original vibe. The owner and all the staff are sooo nice and welcoming! Very well priced dog friendly hotel with the best beach front. Our room was spotless and nicely designed. Will always try to stay here when coming through Lincoln City,

Not the best parking situation, we did find an inhaler and pill under our bed but other than that the room was very clean and nice and the staff was amazing. We would stay again.

Love this little motel. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and peaceful

Room had all the amenities i was looking for. Great view, balcony, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, plenty of towels and blankets, silverware and dishes supplied. Good customer service at the front desk. Used the convenient laundry room which was clean and affordable. The only improvement would be a tub long enough to fully stretch out. Definitely plan to return.

Great location. Stunning view of the ocean. Great crew with high hospitality attitude.

Staying aboard is very relaxing. Happy hour and breakfast are unrivaled, every detail is clearly thought of. The food and company was amazing. This was our second stay and we intend to make it a regular spot.

I love the location and the ocean view room! It is great to sit by the fire pits and watch the sunset! The staff are great and the full breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. I also like the fact that there is an elevator.

We’ve been to sandcastle countless times and have always enjoyed our stay and this time proved to be even better. We had a few room mishaps and a plumbing issue that the hotel staff immediately tried to fix. They were very apologetic and did their best to resolve the issue. They even went above and beyond and gave us a free night stay. This will always be my choice of hotels when staying at the beach.

The staff was wonderful. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Everything was so clean and the room was so quiet. Nye Beach is a 5 minute walk. Definitely will stay again!

Nicely remodeled with an espresso machine, full bar & restaurant, indoor hot tub & pool. Will stay again.

Liz was great, greeted us, explained where everything was, gave us our choice of the room we wanted and was extremely helpful and great hostess. Rooms where very comfortable and clean, very well decorated. Will definitely stay again! Exterior could use some use some work, but yard and outside was very inviting.
