「I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. 「Poor experience, better prior stays. One staff member manning the desk was consistently rude. It was a hassle to get her to unlock the bathroom door in the lobby every day during breakfast hours. My room was at the other end on the third floor. The wonan who checked me in was pleasant but unfortunately, the other was not, repeatedly. If you cant be hospitable to paying guests, then don't work in hospitality. I will choose somewhere else my next trip. Also, the shower barely worked. 」
