"The property is clean. The beds are very comfortable. If you are thinking of staying there, the owner is quite friendly and gives you tips on where to eat, which was lovely. The rooms were clean and the coffee set up actually had real mugs instead of those horrible plastic cups. I really appreciate that aspect of it. If you happen to be on the first floor, you have a little patio in the back, which has a grassy and garden area."

"The negative reviews almost made me turn away from this place and I am so glad I did not! The STUDIO is bigger than expected. Full size kitchen, living room with a fireplace, couch and chairs for additional seating, large bedroom with a door that leads to a small patio area! There were pet bowls in anticipation for my dogs. AND CLEAN! About an 8 minute walk to the beach with an amazing view, an hour and half drive from Cannon Beach and Tillamook!! Kitchen was fully loaded with utensils that made dinner and breakfast a breeze. Here are some things to consider when looking into this property. The parking spot is located at the END of the drive way, which is near the main road. If you have pets, make sure you unload them with their leash on. Hosts provided us with ample information to near by restaurants and sights. The town is dog friendly, with leash poles and pets allowed in certain shops and restaurants The walk is a little steep and can become slippery with all of the fog, there are stairs to walk up to avoid the drive way but it's still a bit steep. There is a bit of noise from the highway, but you don't really notice it in the evening. It is noticeable more in the late morning and all afternoon. Full size bed, is extremely soft, which I do not recommend if you prefer sleeping with support. The studio is attached to another unit, so be aware of that. The photos make it seem like you will be staying in the entirety of the house. All in all, highly recommend!!"

"Great space! We enjoyed an extended weekend trip with 6 adults. A spacious kitchen with 2 sinks and all the cookware we needed. Plenty of dining and living room seating for everyone. Hot tub was well maintained and spacious, and all bedrooms were stocked and comfy. Bonus: an adventurous trail to the beach via the gate or a more direct walk from the road. I would definitely recommend!"
