"The resort was in a perfect location in the beach! There are stairs down to the beach. We had bonfires! Food cart pod, restaurants, and convenience store for groceries were nearby. The room kitchen was convenient and included pots and pans. They had an ice tray to make ice but we just bought a small bag of ice and kept it in the freezer. We had a room with a balcony and used it every day to listen to the ocean waves and watch the sunset if we were in our room! It was easy to travel to the other towns on the coast from our location. The queen bed in the main bedroom and the murphy bed (very comfortable) in the living area were perfect for my family of 3. There is a sofabed also. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced but the room was very clean. Our room was on the third floor, no elevator. They had washer and driers which we didnt use - $3.50 per load. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The home was perfect for a large group and in a perfect location. Everything was as described, except it was listed as pet-friendly and we had to scramble at the last minute to board our dog. Key-code on outside did not work, however, the team was very quick to respond to our email message. When we arrived, there were piles of sand on back deck, that perhaps were left behind by a child building a system of roads as the glass doors were covered in handprints. Neighbors were worried about flames on deck, so he came over to inspect the solar lantern (it does look real and provides a great atmosphere). We absolutely LOVED the closeness to the beach access, and having so much room to enjoy one another's company. I would definitely recommend it to others."

"Great location for our family to celebrate my mother in law’s 85th birthday. Please repair the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The flushing mechanism inside the water closet only worked intermittently. This is a very easy inexpensive fix and for the price that is charged for this home, all the mechanical aspects should function perfectly. Thanks, Scott"

"Pros: Location, Location, Location! On the beach, short drive to other Oregon Coast towns, hikes, beaches, adventures! Seamless check-in and check-out process. Responsive host connected often during the trip to ensure everything was up to our standards. Cons: Limited kitchen supplies to cook for a family.....make sure to bring your own foil, food wrap, serving bowls, pitchers, spices, coffee, and tea. Early check-out time of 10 am."

"We have stayed at this house for the past 5 or 6 years, and we keep coming back. Beachbreak is very good to work with - they are real people. The house is basic, clean, comfortable, private, and 3 minutes from the beach. It's always the same. (Kudos for new kitchen towels and more bath towels.)"

"We were very excited to reserve this large home for three sibling families and our parents to celebrate their 70th and 75th birthdays. Unfortunately when we arrived we had an hour and a half delay because the cleaners were not finished after traveling far in a car and ready for dinner this was a big disappointment.The home was clean and beautiful, the walk to the beach does not match the photos and the VRBO description- there's a lot of driftwood and water so accessibility was a little difficult for our parents but still doable.The deck is amazing for afternoon naps and viewing very quiet beach very quiet neighborhood. They Have an old school basic coffee pot at leaks a little in the back and the power strip that runs the hot kettle and the coffee pot trips it so you have to put the coffee pot somewhere else. There are no beach towels so bring your own beach towels. It's very convenient having two fridges for that many people.Great stay and when we couldn't figure out the code to get into the house we were contacted right away and got it figured out.And this has nothing to do with the house but there is a tourist train that runs right behind the house that runs mostly on the weekend and there's a late night booze cruise so you will hear a train horn every couple hours and one at 10:30 at night on Fridays."
