"I loved that checkin was contactless. It made it super easy for us to check in late as we love to stay out. The property is clean and well taken care of. The room is clean, looks like it was remodeled. Overall, absolutely good place to stay. Really quiet."

"Many of the jets didnt work in the hot tub. The switch to one of the lights was broken so the light couldn't be turned on. There was only one person working, so he was doing his best to stock towels for the pool, check people in, and make sure other needs were taken care of and he did it all with a smile."

"The cabin was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay we love the oregon coast and would stay here again. The only thing I would say is the sheer curtains did not give any privacy. At night it felt like we were living in a punch bowl. Fine during the day. I walked my dog most evenings and I could see my wife inside watching TV or working on her computer through the curtains so there was just not any privacy from the neighbors. I let property owner know and she said she would try to remedy that so hopefully that will be better in the future. "

"Clean room"

"The hotel is outdated but not horrible. The main issue was the pool. When we take our family on vacation our kids favorite part is the pool. However, the pool experience here with children is HORRIBLE!!! They have NO seating around the pool and don’t allow chairs to be brought inside. No kids under 14 are allowed in the hot tub even if there isn’t a single other person in the pool area and they spy on you and come and tell you to get your kids out of the hot tub. It was March when we went and it was cold outside. When the kids got done swimming they were cold and asked if they could warm up in the hot tub before going outside and getting colder. I told them to just sit calmly for a few minutes in the hot tub. Within 30 seconds the front desk person came in and told me to get my kids out of the hot tub. There wasn’t a single other person there and they were just sitting there calmly. To top it off they won’t allow you to take the pool towels back to your room. So, you’re cold and have no towel on the way back to your room. I would NEVER stay here again! It is not family friendly. "

"My family and I had an amazing pleasant time staying at this rental. Plenty of living space for our family gathering. The rental was nice and cozy. The bed mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of kitchen appliances/cookware to cook with. Lovely outdoor space. I will definitely rent again in the near future."

"This was the PERFECT setup (with some important downsides) for my business planning week away from home. The jets in the hot tub work, the kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook meals, and the location was so quiet! Some downsides: the upper level was musty and didn't get used, the fire pit in the listing is not on site. Above all else, it was near impossible to communicate with the property Management company (obvious use of an AI agent rather than a human responding, some messages were never answered, hours between responses, difficulty extending the rental which caused a miscommunication with the cleaning team and ultimately drove us away from staying the addition nights we hoped to.)I will be sure to review coastal listings for casago and avoid their properties in the future."
