「The location and quaint facilities are great. We didn’t need extra services but the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we were surprised that the buildings and grounds are quite tired and weathered looking and although the rooms were clean and comfortable the carpet was dirty. Minor issues but worth noting. 」

「We enjoyed our stay! It was right on the beach, easy access. This unit was on the 3rd floor which was a little bit challenging. The kitchen was stocked well. Beds and chairs were comfortable. I would stay there again.」

「Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. 」

「We enjoyed the condo, it shows some signs of use, but was comfortable and the view was great! Master toilet was tricky, clothes washer smelled musty, stains in carpets, but overall, it was nice! We enjoyed our visit very much! 」

「easy location, clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Difficulty with poor lock system required 20 mins w customer service both to access property and checkout to leave keys. 」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful location, easy check in, friendly owner, room had everything we needed. Only issue is that the room needs some upgrades/repairs/improvements. The towels had stains and holes in it.The first night, the towels rack fell off because the unit and bracket are mismatched. I put it back on but needed to use the door hooks after. The carpet needs to be replaced, it is unhealthy to breathe that. The main bathroom fan was very loud and scary so we didn't...

「We took a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday. We've ve visited Rockaway before but never stayed here. Its a great little beach town. You can walk pretty much anywhere. Check in was easy, it was clean and quiet. Two beads and a futon, with a full kitchen was great! Doller general was right around the corner so. It made it easy to grab a few things the kids forgot to pack. And a good family resturaunt just north on Pacific coast hwy. 」
