「The place was nice and quiet. Staff were nice, but our bed was really hard. Made my back, hips, and shoulders hurt if i didnt turn over often」

「Bring your own hair dryer. I was in room 129 and let them know the deadbolt didn’t work. This is the room everyone takin the back stairs goes by and you hear the back hallway entrance to the parking lot door all the time. Fridge was good, no ice compartment, so don’t plant on your ice pack being frozen when you place it back into your cooler, just chilled. 」

「The staff was excellent. It is a wonderful place for families, a block from the ocean. They have lots of videos, popcorn, snacks and gave us a little gift as we check out. I love good customer service and I really liked Ruth and the other staff. Thanks for making our Seaside experience feel magical.」

「We stayed ina room with 1 king bed and 2 futons. The room is basically two rooms combined. The balcony with river view was a nice touch. There's fire pit with lawn chairs outside but the propane wasn't hooked up. The futon mattress was almost nothing - thin. The room was very clean. Free breakfast was great. Plenty of food choices. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast - a 1st for me at a hotel. The staffs weren't the friendliest with pleasantries」

「Room was on the fifth floor two queen beds partial view. We were on the side of the building, but the overlook was basically like having a full view beautiful and amazing, beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed and would love to come back.」

「We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! 」
