All windows need washing; screens need Swiffer wet wiping to remove dust and salt spray. All hallway and common area/ breakfast room carpeting needs spot removal and steam extraction cleaning. 「The view of the river from the Otter cottage was amazing. It was steps away and so refreshing to hear the water when we stepped outside! The water pools and the large rocks along the path were perfect for early morning and evening zoomies for our 6 and 8 y/o. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, accommodating at home meals over our week stay. Some of the finishes were a little older or out of place, but based on the location is what keeps this from being out of our price...
