「It's not the fault of the staff. But the upstairs neighbors were loud late into the night and early in the morning. The beds were not comfortable. That put together led to poor sleep. Otherwise a good stay.」

The bathroom was clean on check-in. another plus always. 4. The desk staff works hard, within their control, to run a nice hotel.
