「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and
damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」
「We enjoyed the our window and door faced the Columbia river! ( We arrived a bit early and they had a room available for us) When we asked for something we needed they were prompt in giving it to us. Thanks 😊 」
「We enjoyed our stay here. Most of the rooms including ours have a great view of the river. We watched the pilot boats assisting the ships. Everything in our room was clean and in working order. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the breakfast. We will come again.」
