"Clean room. Resort was being subjected to a power outage th next morning at 8am that we didn’t fu d out about until checking in. View was nice but there was a bunch of chairs and junk tossed in the grass. "

"Email sent with information on accessing property was so well done! Thorough instructions for arriving, parking and getting into the building as well as the best way to get to the nearby beach! Pictures and videos helped to ensure most instructions. TV access could not be easier and also well supported with available video. Great location! Cannon Beach is mere minutes away and we made easy trips from Ecola to Rockaway during our stay. Amazing bedrooms and all the amenities for cooking and washing clothes. My favorite part about this listing however is Chris's upfront approach to letting guests know if the room is available before the 4 pm check in time. Much appreciated!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was cozy for a rainy kind of trip to the beach. 2 bedrooms were handy with a second bed in one of the rooms. fireplace and heating system was responsive and warm. Like all places on the coast the wet environment definitely takes a toll on the wood and this place was no exception. But with that said everything was nice you could just feel and see the decay. Great games, blankets, kitchen ware and lighting. (I draw a lot)"
