I sent the following 2 times with no reply from management… I also went to the front desk with my concerns when each occurred…and was told “we sell snacks right over there…and there is a laundry facility 2 miles down the road…a gym and sauna can be accessed free of charge in Newport (miles away from Lincoln City)….and we always ask if guests need special accommodations! (We didn’t need SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS! we just needed an elevator!

“My friend and I just spent 6 nights. We stayed from July 18th - 24th. We stayed in room 533.
While there, we could never access wi-fi from our room, the laundry room was closed the entire time, the snack machine was out of order during our entire stay, the ice machine went down. We could not access the Sauna or Gym rooms.
To top it off, the elevators went down for a large portion of our stay on two (2) different occasions! We are in our 60’s and having to climb up and down the stairs to and from the 5th floor was ridiculous. Especially when we had grocieries, pop, etc…to try to carry up.
We paid a lot of money to stay at your facility and I honestly believe we deserve a discounted rate of atleast 30% of what we paid and should be credited back to my card.
While the room was great….the inconveniences really took its toll on us old women.
