"First off stunning views .Great for multiple people .Kitchen had everything you want .It was just my wife and I .So it was a little much .The blinds didnt work in the main bedroom so that was frustrating.There was black mold in upstairs by fireplace ..We just got home after staying 3 nights 4 days . .Overall .We are happy .Some minor fixes in the house are definitely needed ."

"This home is perfect for large familiar wuth kids! It's a non-fussy comfortable place fir multiple guests. Several options for sleeping arrangements. The beach access was a huge hit but bear in mind its a rock formation step system without hand rails. Easier access points are a few houses down. This is not a boutique stay as the house itself is well loved. Definitely recommend. We stayed late April when the rates were reasonable! One of our families are going back to the same house on a month because the children loved it so much! "

"Excellent views, great property. We had some difficulty accessing the key, but fortunately the cleaning crew let us in. Also, one window covering upstairs has a broken string, so couldn’t open. Little complaints, though. Overall a great stay! "

"We stay on the Oregon coast 1-2 times a year & always look for a new place we love. The most important thing to us is location & a balcony with a great view. If I were to give stars for this it would be 5. We want it to feel inviting & fairly clean. We don't need a lot. This particular unit needs more attention to these details. You could tell it had been cleaned, but it was musty. I think the blankets needed washing, also the extras in the closest.The kitchen is well appointed, but had only 3 teaspoons & 15 dinner knives & 2 ceramic coffee cups. The couch has ripped upholstery. I found an old shredded bath mat was under the sink. There are no handles in the tub showers, although there are some old slip mats available. I think there are some better options in this building for next time & I do hope that someone will take some time to care for this unit & make it as nice as some of the others. I realize it is hard to keep good cleaners from afar and also,being by the sea can make it difficult to keep up on things, but I could really feel that this places is not getting the care it deserves & I hope that it will. We will definitely return to this area & another unit in the building rented by this company, as I do recognize that this company has some nicer ones. Maybe it was just acquired & will eventually be fixed up a bit. Since the location was so lovely we were able to over look a lot of these things for only 2 nights & spend a lot of time on the balcony & the beach."
