This is a clean, newly renovated place. It is very conveniently located to almost all of the attractions in Newport. While there is no view (I wasn't expecting one) the place was neat, & clean. In all honesty, because of the price, this was a much nicer place than I thought I would find. We stayed 6 nights, & there was nothing that I can complain about. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was helpful while getting everyone checked in on a busy holiday weekend. We didn't use the laundry, but the area looked clean. Our room was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend!! There are shops and restaurants nearby

This was our last destination on a 3 stop beach trip, and my goodness, what a surprise! The location is fantastic! Theoretically, you could pretty much walk anywhere. It was super close to beach access, close to the downtown harbor, close to the aquarium. Our room faced the highway and we even had a little peekaboo ocean view. This property has been really beautifully updated. The room was very clean. Towels were fluffy. Bed was super comfy. Would absolutely stay again!

When I checked in, the clerk was very friendly and as we talked, he noticed I had made a mistake in my booking, I was short one night. He immediately reserved my room for the additional night. My room was spacious and very neat and clean. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The motel was close to wonderful ocean beaches, Historic Oldtown Newport, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and literally every place I wanted to see.

This was a really cute and cozy place to stay! Probably one of my favorites on our two week trip. Coin-operated washer and dryer were available and very helpful to us. Lots of good food places a few blocks over and also just a few blocks from the beach!

The property was clean and fully stocked! Dutch bros is across the street as well as 2 food carts. There is also a really good Thai restaurant right next door. It was a perfect stay for our quick trip.

This was actually a really great hotel in a busy city on Memorial Day weekend. The room was updated, clean and an excellent price. You can walk to many of the shopping districts on Newport from the hotel, and definitely reach the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fairly priced option.
