The hotel is under a complete renovation, this was not mentioned. From 9am until 6pm, worker were grinding on the outside of the building, all around my room. It was so loud you couldn’t watch tv or have the slider open. The mirror was cracked, closet door missing, dead flies inside the light fixture and the whole place smelled of dust and dirt. The bed was old and uncomfortable. I asked the. Ight clerk if I could be moved and was denied. I checked out a day early…it wasn’t worth staying there even though I did not receive a refund. My room was a wreck and should. To have been rented. Also the slider didn’t lock, the towel racks were pulled off the wall and the extra front door flip lock had been removed.

We had an excellent view of the ocean. We enjoyed the sunsets. However, we were not informed of the remodeling until it was too late to cancel and go somewhere else. Front desk blamed Expedia for that! We fought those little lift trucks everyday. We have to have a handicap spot and that is where the construction crew set up. Very stressful!

We had a great room on the 5th floor closest to the Turnaround. This made getting to the beach and getting supplies very convenient. The property is currently under construction, so it's difficult to give a completely fair review of the property. It's was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and small stove in the room. While the essential kitchen supplies are there, it did lack a pan for the oven. Also, don't plan on using the stove top for more than one pot at a time. Mo's restaurant is located on the first floor. Which was great if you decided not to cook. Bed was comfortable and there was a pullout sofa bed with the comfort level of any sofa bed. The only issue we had was the thermostat would not work correctly. This might be resolved with the remodel. Overall great location and hotel. Would recommend.

The inside of the hotel room was exceptionally clean! The layout is wonderful the aesthetic is beautiful. One suggestion I would like to share is to clean the plexiglass on the patio. We really enjoyed being able to look out at the beach and having it cleaned off made that even better! You can't beat the ocean view and the sunsets. The full kitchen, with the freezer to put my ice pack in, was wonderful and having everything you need at your fingertips. In the future for the remodel I would suggest that the refrigerator door is open the opposite direction though. The seating was wonderful if you were to want to gather people in a family situation! We appreciated how comfortable everything was. The staff was amazing. Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ocean view was great. Was under construction which it is what it is. The hot tub was dirty!!! Brown slime bubbles and skin chunks. The edge of hot tub had light brown slime/film ring. The kids swam in regular pool then got message 1 hr after that pool was emergency cleaning. Next day still shut down. The fridge didn’t work in room. Beds are kinda hard. Rooms clean. Staff is friendly. Got a lot of hotel text alerts during stay.

The view from the room is great, and the location is excellent as well. The room itself is nice; however, there are a few minor issues here and there—such as a loose outlet and a switch that wasn’t working. Nothing too serious, just not perfect. The building could use some maintenance. The swimming pool is nice, but the water wasn’t clean, and the hot tub was closed. There is no breakfast provided, but there are a couple of very nice places about five minutes away if you want to grab something to eat. Just be aware that they can get quite busy by around 9 a.m.

The property is under construction and is outdated. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very nice. Our view from our room was amazing great for people watching. The down side about this place is the room had mold in it the pool closed early even though they told me it was open 24/7. Construction started at 9.

When we checked in we noticed a bunch of construction work going on on the outside of the building we got woke up early because of it the next day I know they're upgrading the hotel but that should have been told to us before we arrived. The day we were leaving, there was a knock on the door from housekeeping I told them we're not ready yet then they opened the door luckily the upper lock was there as my girlfriend was not clothed and in a very vulnerable position and so I went down to the front desk told them the situation ...they apologized and told me the manager and regional manager are going to give me a call and they still have not as of this review. There has to be a lot of staff training and a lot of customer service classes going on for me to even consider going back to this place

The room had a loft with two chairs, so, if you climb the stairs, you can see the view. Unfortunately, everything that could not work in my room, did not work and staff argued with me about. Just wasn't a good experience all around.

Rooms were nice, overall stay was really pleasant. The hallways to the rooms felt pretty snug. Lots of construction going on & they verbalized this to us well in advance. But that meant dirty entry ways & loud noise most of the day along with caution tape & trying to navigate what was open/what wasn’t. Overall didn’t affect our stay or vacation. Once upgrades are completed I’m sure this will be a beautiful place to stay.

When booking my stay I was not informed the property was under construction. We were woke up early in the morning by noise from construction workers, there was a construction worker who had a saw hang from a rope going thru a doorway, the entrance doors didn't open at one point and we had motion for another guest to get a employee to let us in. The hotel looks nothing like it is represented in the photos.

This was a great location in Seaside. Close to everything and right on the beach. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We had an ocean/beach view balcony room with a king bed and it was wonderful and right on the Seaside Promenade. The hotel is currently under renovation but that didn’t restrict us in our enjoyment and look forward to returning again in the future to see what the inside and outside look like when they are completed. Front desk team were lively, great and communicative! Husband used the gym and could see the ocean from there too.

The property was under reconstruction and pool was dirty. The location is amazing, however it has dome work left.
