"Super easy access. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, excellent transport options"

"The lobby is gorgeous, the staff are incredible and great communicators. The room itself is on the smaller side, decor and furniture appears to be older but extremely well maintained and very clean. Opening up the balcony door helped make things feel a bit more spacious for 3 people in a room this size. Otherwise, easy access to Shinkansen from the hotel. Limo bus from Narita drops off right at the front of the hotel but I didn’t use the airport shuttle. Didn’t get to explore too much of the surrounding area except nearby 24/7 7-11 and food court/halls. The hotel 7-11 does close late at night. I really liked the surrounding but I might choose something closer to a Yamanote line stop next time."

"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"I would give this hotel okay at best. Not what was expected. Bare minimum for dorm like stay! Breakfast was disappointed. Ran out of bread by 8:30 am. No fruit, cheese or cereals. Very disappointing. Book based on ratings but not a hotel I’d book again Close to train station "

"It can be a bit confusing for the first time as this is on the 4th floor. My friend did not find the hotel when he came to visit. The location is superb, easy transportation, lots of nice and good value good/snacks. Connected to Shibuya Stream, great shopping access. I know some people think this is out of the Shibuya shopping zone, but we think this is perfect as it is right on the outskirt of the zone, easy to walk to without the noise and traffic. We did not see the crossing from our room given it was a corner room. The room size was very nice, with dedicated sofa and desk area. We can see Shibuya from both sides of the windows. The hotel offers LG steamer, which turned out to be very useful, after heavy meals. The staff members have been very nice. We could tell they were trying their best to help despite the language barrier sometimes. We had a great time here and we will come back here next time to Tokyo. "

"Really nice central hotel. Able to walk to Shibuya crossing and all the near by attractions. Nice staff- we’ll be back. We booked this hotel with 3 adults and we got a room with 3 beds. "
