We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones. "Great location for Shibuya. We arrived early and got access to our rooms straight away at no additional cost which after a 14hr flight was greatly appreciated. Room had a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, plates and cutlery. Everything you needed."

"Proximity to Shinagawa train station is the primary reason for staying here. There is a direct train to Haneda airport within walking distance and it's only 330 yen. It's also one of the stations to catch the Shinkansen. Rooms are small. If you have a larger roller bag, there's no where to leave it open without it getting in your way. Traveling with disabilities or as a senior? My bathroom had a big step up to get into it and the shower/tub short, but deep. My parents did not shower out of fear of tripping/falling getting into/out of the tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Imabari towels. The two beds option makes it a very small space for two American-sized adults. Breakfast is great, the earlier you eat. They ran out of eggs before 8:30 am. "
