"We found the room terrible, are completely dissatisfied and would like a refund. The spare key box wouldn't open, the nauseatingly strong smell of disinfectant in the stairwell made us feel sick, there were not enough sheets for the extra beds provided, the one sofa bed doesn't fold down (our son had to just sleep on the couch with no sheet), the hot water supply was very sparse (I had a cold shower), there was not enough floorspace for the futons provided and the location was terrible - it was...

"So much stuff near the place! Both 7-11 and family mart, as well as various restaurants, bakery, and others. One bedroom with 3 standard beds and one room with tatami mat beds should be more described. It’s not really clear of that in the ad. Other than that, great place! "
