"It’s a nice hotel, with a nice view. It’s in a cool location with really nice shops and convenient if you take the train. The only issue is that it’s kind of out the way. Uber/Taxi will drop you off across the street and you have to walk thru the train station, go up some escalators to get to the hotel. "

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"We booked hotel a last day of our 3 person 12 day Japan trip due to proximity to Shinagawa and price. Reasonable 3 block from train station. First impression was room was little bigger than capsule hotel with airplane bathroom, but was surprisingly efficient, clean and cozy. 7-11 nearly across the street and Matsunoya restaurant made for a nice late night meal. Area safe (police station on same block) and not as touristy. Picked up extra pillow from rack in lobby and had restful sleep with...
