Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum, die angeschlossene Gastwirtschaft bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Abendessen. Die Angestellten sind allesamt überaus nett und zuvorkommend. Lediglich der steile Weg hinunter ins Stadtzentrum bzw. zum See ist für Fußgänger wenig geeignet - man muss streckenweise an der Straße entlang laufen.」

Leider wurde die Freude schon im Voraus wegen des sehr komplizierten Check In Vorgangs (Dauer ca 45 min) getrübt, wobei die Agentur sehr bemüht war und Hilfe bot. Die Wohnung verfügt, wie beschrieben, über zwei Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein kleines Bad. Leider stellte sich abends heraus, dass die Wohnung und das Haus sehr, sehr hellhörig sind und...

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
