「We felt like home away from home it was clean surrounded by beautiful scenery all the lakes como key sites not very far Every time we messaged the hotel response was straight away during stay and before check in Beautiful balcony and garden with sitting area with kids friendly toys and spaces in the garden We will be back」

「Beautiful setting, wonderful staff, breathtaking views, and a relaxing pool. The perfect place to unwind!」

「The check in as the Hotel du Lac, and a very short walk to La Dependance. Overlooks the main square. At least four different restaurants. Hotel Dunlap staff were friendly and helpful at the restaurant. Short walk from Ferry. Easy walking around village.」

「I liked that the owner met us and helped carry my suitcase up four floors and upon arriving the room smelled freshly clean and a wonderful surprise was that there was a bottle of chilled Prosecco waiting for us. After our long day travelling , it was really nice to share a glass of Prosecco sitting on our deck overlooking Lake Como. The location was perfect and just a short walk to catch a ferry and travel the Lake and the bus stop was also close and took us into city centre and back to the...

「I informed them that I was arriving late to Check In and when I arrive the hotel there was absolutely nobody on site no Staff I called him several times. I paid for a taxi to get the cost of €200 and I cannot find on Facebook or Hotel to stay the night so I had to return to the hotel and sleep there. Very, very bad. I demand a refund and a apology.」

「This was by far the best stay of our entire Italy trip, and it was the perfect way to end our journey! A huge thank you to Roberta, who was incredibly kind and accommodating with our early check-in and took such great care of us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommended! We would happily stay here again. 🇮🇹❤️」

「This was the most beautiful, least functional room of our entire trip. The view was amazing but we didn't get to enjoy it much as we were barely in the room except to sleep. Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...
