「Disappointing Stay – Not the Standard Expected from a 5-Star Hotel
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at all, and the experience was far from the quality we expected from a 5-star hotel.
The cleanliness of the hotel really needs significant attention. On our first night, there was a giant spider on the wall in our room. I was absolutely terrified and could not sleep, especially with my son sleeping in the room. I have photos of the spider as evidence.
