"We had a great trip. Our group included my 60 year old mom, 40 year old brother and brother in law and my seven year old son and 40 year old husband. The location was perfect. The size of the house was perfect for our family. The beach toys and chairs were appreciated and used a ton. We also used the pool daily. This is our second time staying at this house and I think we loved it even more this time! Thanks for everything!!"

"Clean and simple. Rooms had wooden floors which is good at the beach, Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge/freezer that worked well, microwave and small coffee maker. Plenty of towels that were thick and fluffy. TV with streaming platforms. No room key needed - uses key code sent to your phone at check-in. Would be nice to have some hooks on the wall for hanging beach stuff, and would be nice to have an ice machine on premises. Otherwise great! Bit of a walk to the beach - about 4 blocks, would be good to have a wagon to carry your things. Pet friendly too. Would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the location was ideal. We especially liked the shaded porch overlooking the ocean during the day and nights. Loved watching and hearing the waves. Many beach accessories were supplied. Beds were good and water pressure excellent. Only difficulty was that the sliding patio door had a broken handle on the outside so we used the side entrance to go in and out to the porch.John was an excellent host and answered any questions/needs quickly.Considering staying there again next year."
