"Everything we needed was there. Short trip but thoroughly enjoyed it. Was chilly but was great sitting in the sun on the deck and walking the beach for shells. Very easy access."

"This little place exceeded our expectations! We had a girls weekend and found the place super clean and attention to detail was executed without fail. Perfect view of the marsh and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed ourselves so much and we would like a return visit hopefully this fall. "Great area on the inlet, pool, and hot tub.A 3 min bike ride to the beach, so much easier than driving and paying to park.Groceries, restaurants, and Brewery a short drive.We would definitely stay again!!"

"We booked an oceanfront room, upon check in we were told we would be on the 2nd floor with an oceanfront view, we went to store and went back to check in and the previous girl helping us wasn't there, the room we got was "oceanfront " but you can not see the ocean , very disappointed with this , we paid for and oceanfront view, so just know if you book you might not get the view you requested. The bottom floor rooms should be cheaper then the second. Very disappointed."

"Beach view was great, easy access to beach area. House was clean and as pictured other than back porch area, photo pictured big chase lounge, though it had a couch and 2 rocking chairs, 1 was broken and unable to use. Outside needed landscaping done, stairs and picnic table was overgrown with weeds. Landscaping and Materials laid around property made car port area not super welcoming. Hot tub was not cleaned prior to check in, maintenance occurred during stay which was mentioned could happen. Inside house was super cute and well decorated! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Overall a good stay, small improvements to outside areas would help tremendously as that’s what you see first upon arrival. Heather communicated as needed during our stay and was helpful with whatever needed. "

"The property is not kept up and many areas of the house do not appear as pictured. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet, nor would the lid stay up. All of the outdoor furniture was either falling apart, rusted or very old and most did not have cushions. We had two separate water leaks with pipes under the house. Many of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans were unusable due to rust or excessive wear and tear therefore I wasn't able to cook a full meal. The bikes provided were completely rusted. And the washer was covered in mildew. The 2nd bathroom doesn't have a full sink, but a camper sized sink. The pool and hot tub were nice and saved the week!"

"We chose not to bring our pet this vacation. There was a house between us and the ocean, but you could see the ocean from this vacation home. It was peaceful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our brunch. We really enjoyed our time here and found the vacation home clean and cozy for our family. We would be happy to stay here again sometime and plan on telling our friends about this place."
