"Place was very well equiped and exactly as described. All surfaces were clean. As it was end of season it did need a few maintenace things, and the manager appreciated my feedback. The beds were comfy & plenty of outlets available for charging devices. FYI- there is no dining table so we just ate sitting on the sofa (which was comfy). We had some issue with the lock (which had to be fixed) but the property manager was very much "on it" and responsive. It was a last minute trip and were glad to have some beach/family time. Note- it is @3 blocks from the beach but on the block with beach access at the end of the street. The walk to the beach has a sidewalk on the opposite side of the street (which is of note to doggie owners to keep their pups on the side of them as it's narrow). "

"What an adorable little place right on the beach! While it is small, they did an amazing job maximizing the space, and it lacked nothing! Cannot ask for a more convenient place to walk right out onto the beach. Both the house and the beach were clean and quiet. "

"Fantastic property! Loved being on the marsh, walking distance to Ocean Crest Pier, the king size comfy bed and outdoor shower! We will definitely be booking this house again in the future. The location is awesome and the views from the decks are great! We loved that it’s self check in too. Hurricane Erin provided monstrous waves with hundreds of surfers putting on a great show! We found a few shark’s teeth and saw dolphins. "
