"The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The door to our room wasn’t working, and they had to charge the door so our keycard could work. It still didn’t work, so we couldn’t really leave our room. Curtains didn’t close, so we saw ALL the lights to the airport "

"This hotel is one that I found unbelievable. I'm still in the state of disbelief about this location. When I got there, they charged my card three times. One of my cards that they build over a hundred dollars, and this was for just booking the room. Then they charged my other card for this stay and they proceeded to give me the key. I was thinking that they were going to give me a room in that building.I had no idea that outside that bldg there were more rooms. As stated they gave me the keys, I walked outside with my luggage on the cart. I was in total disbelief seeing were they assigned me. It was almost like watching a very bad movie where the building outside was like a shady motel. There were people hanging out behind the building.And they appear to be doing things in my opinion that were illegal. I don't even know if they stayed at that hotel or not. I felt very, very unsafe there.It is not a hotel I would ever ever recommend someone going to stay. So as I proceeded on to go to the room after being in shock of what I was seeing and the people that were staying there.I went ahead and went to the room when I opened the door to the to the room there was an awful, awful smell. I started having difficulty breathing, and then my sinuses were burning. I thought to myself, no I can'tbe happening. This is so very unacceptable, I proceeded with my luggage back to the building that appeared to be the main part of the hotel. I was told that I won't not be charged but they lied. "

"We stayed at this hotel overnight for an early bus to Boston. The hotel is updated and does have coffee 24hrs. The only thing neg was the did not have hair conditioner and the room was abit warm. We would stay here again."

"Hotel was in great shape. Pool & hot tub were perfect. Decent but dull breakfast. Only complaint was another guest or employee that was constantly in the lobby was allowed to bum cigarettes off mÿ son every time he went through"

"Breakfast doesn’t even start until 7. We had to leave before that. Many people stay for business and are gone by then. Also it was very cold and icy. The parking lot was pure ice and there was no salt or sand put down. We both almost landed on our faces and we had 2 children with us. "
