「Heater in my original room was broken, at first I was told to wait until 7am when maintenance would be there. When I said I'd just take a refund I was instead moved to another room. This room was full of black mold on the ceilings and corners. Little flying bugs everywhere. And the bed looked like it was already slept in.」

「Staff was great. The food at the tavern was excellent. Breakfast was first-class. Only complaint was the desk in the room was cluttered with a microwave and coffee machine making it impossible to work. You could do better.」

「Room was very dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Had to switch rooms due to bugs and cockroaches. Neither room had a window that shut. Maintenance did come to sort window out in second room but screwed it shut so then no option to open. Water dispenser also did not work. No hand wash in bathroom. Coffee machine in room also did not work. Generally quite poor, would not stay again」
