"We were looking for a place to relax and recharge and we found it! Kyle was very kind and helpful from the very beginning. Check in was simple, the cabin was spotless, the shower was hot. The king bed was very comfortable. We loved the big tv in the living room and huge deck with a gas grill. It overlooks calm waters that are home to many ducks! There was even baby gates for the two entrances so our dog could be free to play. There’s a really big yard too. But I must say, my favorite part of our stay was the welcome gift on the table for us! It made us feel special and appreciated! It had local goodies that didn’t last long enough to bring home! It’s the many thoughtful touches that makes Kyle’s place memorable. We definitely recommend staying here!"

"Great spot on the river. The canoe was easy to put in even though the river was super low during our stay. Fast internet, we could stream movies with no problem. The bed we stayed in was comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. The cabin is so dark at night, you can’t see your hand in front of your own face so you will sleep like a champion! "

"Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay on Brandy Pond! Ryan's hospitality and communication were top notch. The home accommodated our large group comfortably and we had an absolute blast playing on the sandy beach, fishing off the dock and testing out all the paddleboards and kayaks. It was so convenient to be able to tie up our rental boat right in front of the house. One thing to note if you're traveling with young children--the house is separated from the firepit/beach area by a dirt road. There was not much traffic during our stay but it's just something to be aware of. "

"My girlfriends and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Loved exploring the lake with the kayaks. The fire pit was the perfect place to enjoy evening campfires. "

"We had a family reunion at Sebago State Park and this house and location was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There was plenty of room- everyone had their own bed. We will certainly stay there again in the future. "

"Perfect sized house for our large group. Only a few concerns if you have elderly family members: there are several transitions that can be trip hazards and also some low spots in the floors, most likely from the building settling. Many cabins in Maine have additions added to accommodate larger families- watch Maine Cabin Masters episodes. We also experienced a Maine heatwave that made it a little uncomfortable with no AC for some of the older ladies. This was unusual weather so we cannot fault the host. Fishing was slow on the river but most of us were able to catch some bass and small yellow perch. We chartered with Captain Glen at Sebago River Fishing if you want a great fishing experience. We enjoyed using the canoes and paddling up to Brandy Pond. Our greatest accomplishment for our stay was watching our 9 year old nephew overcome his fear of jumping from the dock into the river. He spent hours swimming in the river. This was great because he usually spends too much time playing video games. The internet would go down many times each day and need to reboot. "
