"The doors keep beeping if not properly shut and this can happen up the corridor if someone not closed their door properly which can go on for long periods of time. We had kids jumping the floor above us which was ridiculously loud and I had to call reception to sort it. Very little lounges around pool for such a big hotel. Some people reserving the pool lounges and no staff seem to monitor this. We actually had a couple confront our group who thought putting something over the umbrella meant it was reserved for hours on end. No staff to be seen. The rain water shower head did not work. The smaller one did but was spraying in multiple directions. Location is quite good . The pool a pleasant temperature. Staff were pleasant . But with so many options I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"I do not recommend getting the All Inclusive Package at Legian Beach Hotel. It was the biggest waste of money. We could only order certain drinks & only a very limited menu available. Bintangs were not even included. It costs us over $800 extra for the 2 nights and we couldn’t even order a steak or a Bintang without having to pay extra. We had a private villa with a pool where they use indoor tiles outside which are obviously very slippery when wet & caused me to have a major fall. Also saw a couple of very large rats scurrying around."

"The breakfast menu was quite extensive and delicious. We enjoyed the pools the most - the infinity pool was amazing and overlooking the sea with great views. The garden-side pool was also great with a nice pool side bar which had great cocktails. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot!"

"Love the convenience and the youthful vibe of the hotel. Connected to the Beachwalk Shopping Center so it is easy to dine and shop. Easy to catch the sunset too. Amenities provided including the cute bedroom slippers are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a bonus for this price point with a reasonable range. A pity the room we were given have some issues with air-con as not cold enough."
