「+ ・スタッフが優しいです。タクシーの手配、荷物のキープなど、聞く前に向こう側から聞いてくれます。・風呂場、洗面所が綺麗です。・周囲にレストランがたくさんあります。・徒歩5分の位置にkrisnabali（お土産やさん）があり、最終日に便利です。 − ・部屋のWi-Fiは弱めです。・ソファーにシミがありました。・バリなのでしょうがないですが、ヤモリとシャクトリ虫が居ました。」

「Great place to stay but isolated location 25min walk to city center or cafes. Many bugs on the bed due to the inner forest location at the first room so we complained about it and they helped us move to a way cleaner room afterwards so it was all good. Great vibe by nature! Not recommended to those who hate bugs in a sleeping room.」

「We loved our stay at Alam Jepun Villas and will definitely be back. Staff are friendly and helpful. 「kuta近くのヴィラを探していました。プールもお部屋も広く、清潔で、kutaからも近く便利でした。ビーチからは少し離れるので、徒歩では少し遠く感じますが、ヴィラでバイクの貸出も行なっていました。次回また是非利用させて頂きたいと思っています。」

"日本人向きかと思います。ホテル自体がキレイで、虫出ませんでした。清掃をしっかりやってくれましたので、床もきれいです。海は徒歩すぐ、ショッピングもすぐ、プールの日当たり良好、シャワー圧よし、湯もしっかり出る、WiFiも絶好調！海外だとフルキッチンとなってても、あれがないこれが無い、、となるのですがこちらのホテルは全て揃っていた。洗剤もスポンジもあった！スタッフは親切でリクエストに対応してくれる姿勢がすばらしかった！今回は普段より高めのホテルにしてみた、その結果大満足でした。虫が出す、清掃しっかりが何とも良かったです。"

"回りにレストランは少ない、ランドリーは沢山あるでも不潔がだから利用しない、7泊したけど日々スリッパは無い、バスローブもあったり無かったり、シャワーが時々止まる、普通部屋はバスダブルなし、レストラン朝食種類が少なく高い直営ではない、何しろ不便な場所、宿泊代金は安いけど、日本人少ない、プールの声が朝からうるさい、タオル類は年期が入っている、今回は場所の選択間違い、マリオットの名前で宿泊した事が後悔、サービス、安全面など違いがある。"
