The location was great as it was nice and quiet away from the Main Street. We could walk to Seminyak, Kuta and Legian without any problems. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The property was good, and comfortable for the stay with family. The amenities were good, look location with access to restaurants, laundry and stores. The street it was located on was not ideal. The property could be better maintained as you start to see some things come apart. Overall a good place to stay for families travelling to Bali and who want an alternative to resorts or hotels.

The property was beautiful and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Due to the proximity of the property it was difficult to walk into the main area of Legian, leaving us reliant on taxis. The staff were always available to organise transport for us though. It would be a more convenient stay for those happy to hire scooters. Also, don’t break a glass as they cost 300k to replace each one

The location was ok in terms of distance from main centres, but not necessarily the prettiest of areas for tourists. The property itself we had no issues and felt safe and secure and private. The staff are very friendly and professional and always helpful. The pool probably needs to be relined and painted as looking a bit tired near the fountain side. Apart from that we were totally fine with everything for our first time in Bali.

Villa was in a good location- not too busy and not too far from supermarkets, local laundry service, atm and an easy ride to restaurants in various locations. Facilities excellent but be aware sometimes the electricity overloads and you just need to reset the switch on the board if it trips.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was beautiful, private, spacious and everything we were looking for in our accomodation. A short taxi ride from Legian Beach, it’s located in a quieter part of town that adds to its charm. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends in the future!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The villa was just beautiful with our own pool. A little bit out of the way but if you like the hustle and bustle of the nightlife and shopping close by it’s only a short 15 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. We worked out the short cuts through the alleyways in no time. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful relaxing villa

Wonderful and beautiful villa located in the middle of kuta and seminyak beach. Quiet area if you prefer privacy. Price was really reasonable. A 15-20min walk to Kuta beach. This villa is spacious and is fully equipped with private pool, outdoor kitchen, separate bathtub and shower. You can be contented staying in the whole day. Some downsides are that the outdoor area has lots of mozzies so need to apply mosquito repellent. Water from shower and sink feels a little slimy but that’s alright. Some nice and cheap local food around the area. Would definitely recommend and come back to this villa!

Water not working in the first day we arrived, staff were helpful and had to spend next couple of hours coming back and forth to get it working. Then no hot water for last 2 days of 3 night stay. Outdoor kitchen area poor condition, cupboards filthy and weathered, would not leave food or supplies in them. Fridge stopped working on second day with some dairy and yakult spoiling. Felt safe with security door to villas locked up at night.

Villa er ok, men den vi betalte var alt for høj i forhold til andre muligheder. Villaerne ligge langt fra turistområdet i et kedeligt kvarter.Der er ingen service overhovedet, men personalet var meget venlige og prøvede at gøre deres bedste.

Beautiful suite,quite,relaxing. Its close to a lot of things so not bad of a drive. Staff were as helpful as possible. Only thing left desired was a larger breakfast availability because what's offered is some bread/pastries in the morning with juice. Maybe cereal or eggs stuff that could be cooked easily should be offered as well for the price tag.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and cool and we enjoyed swimming in our private pool each day. The walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes and coffee and restaurants a short distance away.
