"The hotel and the staff was simply amazing. First class service in the room, restaurants, pool area. Great location as there is a little back gate that takes you straight to the hustle and bustle of massages, restaurants, shops. Simply amazing. The only constructive feedback I could give about the rooms and the restaurant is the chairs scrape a lot. They just need a little bit of felt under each leg just to make it less noisy and stop the scraping noise especially when sleeping at night."

"Plunge pool rooms are amazing and love how you can hop out of the pool and go through a glass door into the shower. The breaky is good with lots of options and the staff are nice and friendly. This was our second time back at we will be back again."

"We loved our stay at Araña Suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, allowing us to keep our bikes in the lobby for a couple days. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel pool was lovely to relax at in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the nearby busier places but set back from the Main Street so still quiet and peaceful."

"I had a 2 night booking in a Junior Suite but when I arrived I was given a Deluxe room instead. In the morning I spoke with reception, a very nice guy who checked everything and admitted that they were in error for the booking. I was given the option of a refund or for the second night to be upgraded to the President Suite, which I took up. The suite was spacious and very well decorated throughout Thank you to staff and management for the upgrade. Mistakes happen but the response was...

"Having had our flights cancelled by Jetstar the night we were to arrive for 8 days the hotel was uncooperative in helping with a part refund. Refused to communicate with Hotels.Com and fell on deaf ears. We would expect a Penalty for part of the stay, however the fact no reply to agent saw out of pocket for the full 8 nights. We communicated with the hotel, it they had little sympathy. Will not stay there ever again "
