Curator Andhika and team did a fantastic job welcoming us; always with a warm smile and greeting. The ocean view from our room is simply breathtaking. Truly serene atmosphere for our relaxing stay. Would love to stay longer for next visit to explore more nearby cities.

Beautiful villas set in verdant surroundings. The large private pool and the jacuzzi attached to the villa made my family stay particularly memorable. The service is excellent and the staff are very polite, courteous and very responsive. Overall, an enchanting place I would recommend wholeheartedly.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Umana Bali (Villa 112) from 6–9 June 2026, and every moment of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From pre-arrival right through to departure, the entire Umana team consistently delivered warm, genuine, and attentive service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised — the team was always friendly, highly responsive, and truly committed to making the experience seamless and memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ary, and Angely for answering my questions prior to my arrival, and Bapak Tofik for his outstanding support throughout my stay. They were prompt in responses, incredibly accommodating, and handled every request with ease. Having breakfast at Commune was also another highlight of my stay. There was a buffet selection plus made-to-order dishes. Everything was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet section was not huge but you can always request something you like and the team will try to accommodate.

The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Brian was excellent and so was Angely. I wouldnt have had a better honeymoon without them. We did wish we had more amenities like a microwave but everything was great otherwise! I highly recommend this property.

ヴィラはとても広くてプールも大きく最高でした。レストランの料理は普通です。またサービスは一流ではなく、バギーを頼んでも20-30分こなくて歩いた方が早かったり、レストランのサービスもまだお皿に残っててもすぐに下げたがるので一流ではないかと思いました。ただ、レベルはさておきスタッフの方は温かく皆良い人たちです。

schöne anlage und villen, kann ich empfehlen

tolle villen und aussicht auf das meer, ausserhalb des hotels ist nix, aber man kann mit einem motorroller alles schnell erreichen. das hotel ist bei der organisation eines motorrollers behilflich und man verliert keine zeit.
