I loved the staff they were all so inviting and attentive. They welcomed us so warmly. I loved how they paid attention to details and wrote on the bed with flowers happy birthday. They were amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone. The villa with the large pool was amazing

Decent but not 5 star. Friendly staff. Service minded. But Ants in the room not nice. "Free minibar"?... one time a free cole and sprite. So yes it was free. One time. Breakfast minimal. Many choiced but only one included extra cost. Hotel kitchen bare minimum and not 5 stars

Beautiful villas. Staff were beyond helpful. Only thing was ordering and scheduling breakfast day before. I never know if ill wake early or prefer to sleep in. When I did want to sleep in and tried to push my breakfast back, it was unable to. This made it less relaxing for me. Also I am gluten-free. first morning They didn’t have any substitute. Options for gluten-free are very minimal.

완벽한 휴식을 취할 수 있었다 !

엄청 만족스러운 숙박! 플로팅 조식이 가능했고 큰 플라밍고 튜브를 빌려줘서 사진도 많이 찍었습니다. 다만 리셉션 직원이 영어를 잘 못하는건지.... 못 알아 듣는건지 전화상의 소통에 약간의 문제가 있어서 로비에 직접 가야하는 상황이 있었습니다. 그외에 서비스 혹은 친절함에 있어서는 매우 만족스럽네요. 또 가고싶습니다.

The service at the villa wasn’t the greatest, staff did not seem very accommodating or welcoming from the start to finish. There were too many phone calls coming from reception asking if they could collect breakfast etc. beautiful place to stay and relax

Stunning, spacious and luxurious villa

Javana Villas was an amazing place to stay for our recent holiday, located in a convenient spot within walking distance of the beach, great shopping district and some incredible restaurants. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and considering you are so close to a busy street it’s surprisingly quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they all made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever a problem for them and their customer’s comfort is their priority. We can’t wait to visit again!!!

The villa itself was beautiful, very large and the pool was great. What let Javana down was the attention to detail, we had a few issues upon check in such as the toilet not flushing and keys not working. To Javana staffs credit, all issues were fixed upon request but when paying this price for a villa these issues should have been rectified prior to checking us in. We had mixed success with the room service, breakfast was fantastic but when we ordered outside of this there was something forgotten from our order or something that needed to be rectified almost every time. The staff were lovely and very friendly.

Our experience was generally good. The villa is spacious. They need to put a curtain for garden door from the toilet side. The sun light filled the room at 6am. We couldn’t use the swimming pool because of the mosquitoes

Ist das Geld nicht wert!!! Kein 4-5 Sterne Haus

Die Villas sind sehr abgewohnt! Bei meiner Ankunft waren die Pölster der Pool/ Terrasse mit Vogelkit, Brandlöcher und sonstigen Flecken übersät! Auf Nachfrage um Austausch meinte die verantwortliche sie hätte keine anderen, da ich nicht locker lies bekam ich dann zumindest Leintücher zum drüber legen, war aber trotzdem eklig da ich ja wüsste was darunter war! Die Handtücher und Badrmäntel sind schon grau und nicht mehr weiß so alt sind diese. Mein tolles Villeroy und Boch Waschbecken hatte eine Riesen Sprung. Das WC war nicht nur auch mit Sprüngen übersät der Toilettensitz war schlichtweg schmutzig- auf meinen Hinweis hingießt es das würde nochmals gereinigt- hat leider bis zu meiner Abreise niemand gemacht! Die Duschköpfe sind so verkalkt dass nicht wirklich schön geduscht werden kann. Das Restaurant hatte in den 4 Tagen die ich da war nicht einen einzigen Gast, daher hab ich gar nicht erst versucht dort zu essen. Alles in allem ist diese Anlage zu hoch bewertet und kann aus meiner Sicht nicht im diesen Preis angeboten werden. All s dort ist alt und schlecht instand gehalten, das Personal ist zwar freundlich aber unfähig! Selbst als ich bat Postkarten für mich aufzugeben (Standardservice) wollte man dafür noch extra Geld von mir!!! Nicht empfehlenswert
