Fantastic Customer Service

Fantastic service and great value for money. The team are friendly, welcoming & helpful. Something we’ve not always received in Bali. The rooms are large & very comfortable with excellent big beds. The pool area is very clean with enough sun beds and a sufficient gym for a workout. Loved our stay !!!

Had one week at Mutiara for a break and it was the perfect antidote to a challenging year so far. The staff were absolutely perfect and in particular, Sri, who was a delight to be around. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Will definitely return to Mutiara.

A great place to stay, the only reason it lost one star was because of hot water issues until they moved me to another room. The staff are the real gem here. Above and beyond. A special mention goes to a gentleman by the name of Sucita. His service, cultural knowledge and dedication to his work are above reproach. I shall return.

I’ve stayed here before in one of the other rooms that was nice. The 2 bedroom villa was dirty. Pots had mould, shower heads had green copper stains and the jets were clogged. Knobs on the cooktop were broken. Cigarette burns on the couches stains on the cushions. I only make these comments in hope they lift their game a little. Otherwise I like staying here. The price this time did not reflect the quality of room.

We felt unsafe and only stayed 1 night, no safes in room, the door to bathroom any had like a toilet door snib lock and then just a blind for one of the walls. You could get a suntan sitting on the toilet. The pool had cigarette butts around the lounge area. The bed was as hard as a rock. The walk to eat street is only short however very tight and no sidewalk(some open gutters as well) and very dark. Old school key entry and seperate keys for entry to villa garden and actual room. Main area of resort pool very quiet and felt quite deserted. Gym was locked. I tried getting a refund for nights that were paid for that we decided not to stay and move to somewhere safer (2 females travelling alone) Expedia and resort both refused to refund (very disappointing to not refund any of the stay, so I would be wary of pre booking and paying for multiple nights because if it’s not for you you don’t get your money back? So of course they can put someone else in your room and get the money over again! Overall very disappointed and frustrated at this establishment with our personal experience!
