Staff are wonderful, it’s clean, rooms are very spacious with huge baths/spas & it has 2 pools both of which are quite peaceful especially the one near reception. Beds are comfy & they have a pillow menu. Location is perfect as it’s a quick walk along the esplanade to Seminyak, or Kuta in the other direction. Thankyou Bandha, see you next time"
