I had 4 rooms for a family of 7 rooms are clean and presentable. If we had any issues the were delt with promptly. Restaurant food was good and staff outstanding couldn't be more helpful especially when my youngest loves tomato sauce. Pool are was clean and very chilled out to relax.

We really enjoyed our time here and the friendliness of the staff. The area was close to affordable food and the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. The morning breakfasts were worth the stay alone.

Lovely stay for the price it’s almost perfect but if I were to provide honest feedback, I found some of the staff weren’t as friendly as I was use too others made up for it, a little slow on any requests if possibly non existent lol however room was lovely I did request a quite room after reading reviews and was quite pleased I did, i had a ground floor room on a very quiet side of the hotel with quiet garden like area, pool area well presented and breakfast was included so for the price I give it 5 stars but it’s an honest review of specific topics. Area just outside busier part of legian

The hotel is seriously dated. Initially I was placed in a room without proper AC, and water was leaking onto the floor from the patio. I was upgraded to a pool side room, and given a complimentary fruit plate, with a note scribed from a template and signed by someone? The outlets by the bed in the upgraded room didn’t work, so I used the TV USB port to charge my phone, and there were paint stains on the curtains. I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star at best. Afterwards, a couple employees were more than a little rude in the breakfast area. I asked for the complimentary drink in a tall glass and was told flat out, no. The young man at the egg stationed also seemed a bit surly and annoyed with me when I wanted a fresh omelette. I’m not sure if it was a racial barrier, age barrier, or maybe these two young men do not like westerner's but they had attitudes. I naturally complained, and management did take action and tried to make everything right, but it was awkward for me the rest of my stay.

This property is a scant 15 walk to Legian Beach and its beach clubs. The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The only drawback is that my room was quiet noisy (chair scrapping noises from the floor above as well as conversations in the hallway). If you are a light sleeper this may not work for you.

Ive stayed here every time Ive been in Bali. Its not flash but its clean, close enough to the beach and can walk to Kuta or Seminyak. Circle K next door, money change down the road, laundry and massge places close and legian food court on the corner ( not that i have ever been there ). Staff are friendly and welcoming. I feel safe as solo traveller. Wifi works well. Free drink voucher. Will keep coming back as it suits me perfectly.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I booked it twice during the same trip. I initially extended my Bali visa and tried to extend my stay here but it was booked up for those days so I left, went somewhere else for a few days then came right back once rooms were available again. I travelled with my toddler and this was such a lovely stay. VERY CLEAN rooms and building overall is clean. AMAZING staff, all very warm, friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, a wide variety of options plus restaurant and bar on site. Nice pool with also a kiddie pool. This place brought me peace, joy and comfort. I highly recommend and will be back again during my next trip to Bali. Thank you Bliss Surfer, you were outstanding.
