Love the Hotel, all the staff are all very friendly, the room was very clean with lots of space, it is a bit out of the way from town, but dont let that put you off as a taxi is only $3.00 and we never had to wait long for a Taxi, Reception will organise a Taxi for you, this place is amazing, you wont be disapointed, it is nice and quiet so you cant hear the traffic, we will be back next year. Thank you to all the lovely kind staff.

Lovely hotel.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. When you forst arrive it seems a bit of a shock because directly off the road is a half built building, but then you go down a driveway to the Kana and see its a beautiful hotel. Its nice being back from the road as well as its a vedy busy road, so im sure it helps with noise reductiin, as it feels nice and quiet when in the hotel. The pool is nice, there's buffet breakfast and restaurant menu for the rest of the day. Room is clean, comfortable and air conditioned.

Wonderful

Our second time staying here and cannot fault it. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Great pool area. Good food in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Young staff, clearly still new in the hospitality industry, however friendly and mostly accommodating when asked. Sadly, there’s a slight smell of mould anywhere you go, including the room, sheets, towels. The hotel is too calm, it’s actually quite boring, no entertainment, and the same elevator music played the entire time we were there. The pool is nice but not that clean when you get up close, the pool loungers are dirty and crawling with tiny insects, there are ants everywhere, tables and loungers. The pool towels, if unused are left outside by staff for days until they smell rotten. Actually, even the room towels and sheets appear clean but don’t feel or smell fresh. We’d lose power in our rooms for a few seconds, several times a day. Only the rooms are air conditioned, not the halls or anything else, so i hope you enjoy the fruit at the breakfast buffet with plenty of fruit flies…MOST IMPORTANTLY, first night here on our honeymoon, my husband’s gold necklace was snatched violently off his neck by 2 people on a motorcycle just 500 meters from the hotel. Not the hotels fault (although they were completely unhelpful thereafter) a week here we realized that Kuta is the ghetto of Bali. Please be safe, no valuables, carry only what you need, and keep your phones close to you. Walk against traffic.

Being set back from the chaos of Kuta, it is a charming resort with a good restaurant. The pool is a great spot to soak in the tranquility. The rooms were simple but clean and the staff was lovely. Good spot for sure.

We spent 2 nights here between flights in Bali. Close to the galleria to buy last minute things, close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again.
