Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Upon arrival, please present a valid ID and credit card at the front desk. A refundable security deposit of $100 per day ($500 max will be charged) will be authorized on the credit or debit card of the person named on the reservation.

Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. However if you would like your unit to be cleaned during your stay, simply call the front desk and they will inform you of how much of an additional fee it will be. Additional towels, sheets, and other essentials not already provided in the unit can be provided for at an additional fee.

If you would like to get a package delivered during your stay, you are more than welcome to. It will get delivered to the Bell Desk downstairs in the Lobby, and you may go down and pick it up there.

All items in the room are the property of the owner and will be inventoried upon check-out, including sheets, towels, linens, and other items. Any missing items will be charged to the guest, as well as any damage caused to the property during the stay.

If the unit is left extremely dirty, the guest is liable for the additional cleaning fee that can range from $100-$1000. If you leave behind rose petals, confetti, decorations, or any other items that can be very time consuming for the cleaning staff to clean up after check out, the guest will be charged for the additional time it takes for the cleaning staff to clean the unit. If any items are broken or left extremely damaged, the guest will be charged for the fixing and/or replacement of each item.

For disposal of trash, please use the trash chute located on your floor. The chute door is on the right before you reach the elevators. If trash is too large for the chute, please leave it on the floor. Extra garbage liners under the sink in the kitchen.
